Myntexa AI ("we", "us") builds software for other businesses. This page explains what we collect on this site, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email, company (if you give it), and your message. If you book a call, our scheduling provider, Cal.com, collects your name, email, and the time you picked.

We don't collect anything else. No analytics, no ad tracking, no cookies of our own on this site.

What we use it for

To reply to you, and to hold the meeting you booked. Nothing else. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share your information with anyone.

Where it's stored

Contact form messages are processed by our own automation server and stored in our database, both of which we run and control. Booking information is handled by Cal.com under their own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

As long as it takes to answer your message or deliver what we agreed to, plus a reasonable record of the conversation. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email and we'll handle it directly, no form required.

Changes

If this changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
